How do you ensure the freshness of my order during shipping?
We bake all items to order and use vacuum-sealing technology combined with insulated packaging and cold packs when necessary to ensure your treats arrive as fresh as they left our oven.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes, Clay's Bakery offers a specific selection of gluten-free and vegan pastries. Please check the 'Dietary Needs' section of our menu, but please note that all items are prepared in a facility that also handles wheat, dairy, and nuts.
What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or store credit.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We currently ship nationwide. Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days. We recommend ordering by Monday or Tuesday to ensure your package doesn't sit in a carrier warehouse over the weekend.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific future date?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select a 'Preferred Delivery Date.' We will time our baking and dispatch to ensure your order arrives as close to that date as possible.
How should I store my baked goods once they arrive?
Each order comes with a care card. Generally, we recommend consuming fresh items within 2 days or freezing them in airtight containers for up to 3 months to preserve peak flavor.
